EnableThat Installation InstructionsNow with no unzipping or file copying needed for easy installation! 1) download EnableThatSetup.exe 2) Run EnableThatSetup.exe to install the Visual Basic 6 runtime support files. For some older systems (98xx), you may need to manually run EnableThatSetup.exe a second time after a system reboot. 3) Say "start EnableThat" to begin using the nagware fully functional version. 4) Purchase EnableThat. I have set things up such that you will be e-mailed the enable.key file immediately upon purchase (rather than waiting for me to check my e-mail, and then sending it). It is sent as an attachment. Outlook and Outlook Express users must explicitly "save" their attachment in order to get an actual file. Otherwise, it is really buried somewhere in a "mailbox" binary file. Open the message, and "save" the attachment. Be sure to leave its filename, extension as enable.key. The pathname can be anywhere you can remember and/or easily find with a File, Open dialog in the Register, Copy e-mail keyfile menu command in EnableThat itself. Pro users should import a couple of macros for briefer calling commands. |
